Job Description

(20,000 – 30,000 RM per year)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team based
in Selangor. You will be joining a dynamic, growing organisation, whilst building a career in office administration with the context of international education, along with providing a comprehensive, professional and high quality support service to two Schools Development Managers within Malaysia.

You will be a proactive Administrator handling correspondence, diary management, organising and minuting meetings; planning and organising events for customers; making travel arrangements; providing promotional support; collating monthly reports; you must be comfortable with administering budgets and other financial data. Building effective
relationships across the country, your role will be central in reviewing, recommending and implementing improvements to the office’s administrative procedures.

Given the frequent need for the managers to be away from the office, you will need to be confident in working autonomously and proactively, a forward-planner and an excellent organiser.

Educated to A level standard (or equivalent), with strong administrative support experience, and a good standard of English your proactive and professional approach will be highly valued in this pivotal role. Your initiative and ability to prioritise will ensure the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of tasks, and will have a fundamental impact on the smooth running of the office.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential; you will be required to liaise with people at all levels within the organisation and externally, demonstrating your tact and discretion appropriately. You will also need a high level of numeracy and IT skills.
